About In The Pink
In the Pink are a lively and entertaining band who perform big band swing music. We are based in the Bournemouth and Poole area of Dorset, located in the South of England but can travel to other areas.
We play a variety of big band swing music and can tailor our programme especially for your event. We have a good range of traditional dance material for those who like to quickstep, foxtrot, waltz, tango or cha cha. But we are equally at home providing dance music for those who like to jive, m0-jive, modern jive or even music for those who just like to ‘shake it about’!
We have a variety of vocalists that we work with so we can if need be provide a special ’Sinatra’ or a ‘Buble’ evening. We also have other vocalists available and for weddings or events catering for a wide age range we can also perform a wide variety of numbers ranging including numbers by Duffy, Beatles and Blues Brothers.
